Terms and Conditions
General Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: All benefits are contingent upon the tenant's lease and membership agreements being in good standing. Delinquencies or breaches may result in suspension or termination of benefits.

Benefit Duration: Benefits expire concurrently with the end of the apartment lease term and cannot be extended unless renewed under a new agreement.

Non-Transferability: All benefits are provided exclusively to the primary resident named on the lease and are non-transferable without express written consent from STAK management.

Modification Rights: Management reserves the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue any benefits or services at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Behavioral Expectations: Misuse of benefits, violation of building policies, or any conduct that reflects poorly on STAK's mission or community may result in immediate revocation of benefits and possible termination of lease or membership agreements.

Compliance with Laws: All benefits are subject to local laws and regulations; in cases of conflict, applicable laws will prevail.

Liability:STAK is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from the use of the provided benefits or facilities.

Policy Adherence: Tenants and members agree to comply with all STAK rules, regulations, and policies, which may be updated periodically.

Indemnification:Tenants and members agree to indemnify and hold STAK and its affiliates harmless from any claims arising out of the use of the benefits provided.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction; disputes will be resolved accordingly.

Updates: STAK may revise these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes..
Private Office Suite at STAK Space

Must sign and comply with a STAK Space membership agreement.

The primary resident can select a private office the 18th floor of STAK Space located at 1950 Franklin (up to 115 square feet or 3 desks). Upgrades are available at an additional cost.

All benefits are non-transferable and non-assignable without prior written consent from STAK.

Benefits are valid exclusively for the primary resident named on the lease.

Benefits cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or substituted for cash or other value.

Violation of building policies or membership guidelines may result in suspension or termination of benefits without notice.
Professional Storage Space

Prohibited items include hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal items, flammable or explosive substances, living organisms, weapons or ammunition, items with strong odors, or any items that cannot safely fit in a commercial elevator.

Access is limited exclusively to the primary resident named on the lease; unauthorized access is prohibited.

Management is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of stored items; storage is at tenant's own risk.

Storage units are allocated based on current capacity; location assignments may change at management's discretion.

Storage availability and unit placement are subject to change without prior notice.
STAK GO

Subject to separate STAK Go terms and conditions, which must be agreed to prior to use.

Requires a valid driver's license and proof of insurance; drivers must meet all eligibility requirements.

Membership includes access to the reservation system; additional fees apply for vehicle use, insurance upgrades, and other services.

STAK reserves the right to modify or discontinue the STAK Go Membership program at any time without prior notice.
Free Parking (1-Year Private Vehicle)

Valid for one vehicle only; non-transferable.

Vehicle must be registered in the name of the primary resident as listed on the lease agreement.

Parking benefit commences on the lease's start date and is valid for a consecutive 12-month period.

Specific parking spaces are assigned by management; exact spots are not guaranteed.

Lost parking access cards or permits will incur a replacement fee.
Parking Day Pass

Guest parking passes expire 12 months from the lease commencement date.

Subject to availability, parking is not guaranteed during peak times.

Passes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
-
Lost or misplaced guest passes will not be replaced.

Standard parking garage rules and regulations apply.
Exclusive Penthouse Lounge Event Credit

Event credit must be used within 12 months of the lease commencement date.

Reservation is for a maximum of 4 hours, including setup and teardown.

Minimum 30 days' advance booking required; subject to availability.

Credit is non-cumulative, non-transferable, and does not roll over if unused.

Security personnel will be required for events exceeding 30 guests when alcohol is present and must be booked through the STAK team. Fees apply.

The primary resident must be present during the event.

A mandatory cleaning fee of $250 is required at the time of booking.

All events must comply with building policies and local regulations.
